Eyes On

Elena Mildner creates installations from plexiglas and mirrors that put the focus on an emotional immersion in the beatific spheres of the unconscious. Her works affect the viewer like visual drugs.

Going beyond the tradition of Op-Art, the artist creates a manifold of spaces that, freely crossing and merging into one another, unleash the imagination. Moving images vary their fluid colors and shapes, change the rhythm and force of their breathing, creating an individual visual music for each beholder. They establish consonances with the viewer’s emotional sphere, allowing him to direct and interact with the process.
